  I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting
  my own blog and was wondering what all is needed to get setup?
  I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost
  a pretty penny? I'm not very internet smart so I'm not 100% sure.

  When I look at your website in Opera, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.

  First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had
  a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  
  I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
  I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
  
  I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10
  to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
